Herbal consultations include an in-depth patient case history. Prior to our meeting you will receive a form to fill out so I can get to know you better. After our meeting I will write up a summary of our conversation and a detailed list of recommendations. Follow-up consultations are recommended in most cases. Together we will collaborate on the best solutions for your unique constitution and needs. Recommendations will include lifestyle changes, simple physical movement, breath work and herbal preparations. We structure our consultations to be informative, compassionate, and empowering.

How do I proceed?

Step 1:
Before you commit, let's connect and see if we can work together. Please set up a free 15 minute phone or virtual meeting so you can ask any questions and voice your concerns and see if we are a good fit to work together. [email protected] |
Step 2:
Sign up for a consultation. Fill out the forms necessary for our work together. After I receive the completed forms we will schedule a time to "meet" and to go over the reason of your "visit" and your goals. |
Step 3:
No more than 5 days after our consultation you will receive my written recommendations from herbal protocols to lifestyle modifications. After you read the documents we will check in to make sure that all is clear. |

Acute care consultation:
This option is for quick, urgent ( not emergency)situations for those who don't need a full evaluation. They are generally 30 minutes for $30 (not including herbs). They work well for people who don’t have a lot of other complicating factors and/or medications.
