Herbal De-stress
Stress is part of our lives. If it’s at manageable levels it has benefits and pushes us to grow and change. If it runs un-checked it can turn us upside down and lead to dis-ease.
There is no magical pill or one simple solution to deal with it. However, there are skills we can all learn and master that can help manage stress.
During this workshop we will add a number of these tools to your repertoire. From lifestyle changes, to movement, from breathing technics to mindfulness we have so many resources to draw upon. There are also many plants that can provide sound support to us. Plants have been dealing with stress much longer than we have after all.
During this workshop we’ll learn about some of these plant allies. We will taste some safe herbal preparations and learn how to relax our mind and body through guided meditation.
